Working Principle of YG Tank Cleaning Robot

First, the operator issues instructions through the remote control or console in a safe area outside the tank. The robot enters the tank through a narrow manhole on the tank body (no large opening is required). The drive system inside the robot (such as tracks) enables it to move freely on the bottom of the tank.

Once it reaches the target area, the built-in high-pressure water pump (or external high-pressure pump) will spray high-pressure water through a special high-pressure rotating nozzle. These high-pressure water jets have a huge impact force and can effectively peel off stubborn dirt such as sludge, scale, and sediment attached to the tank wall, tank bottom, and internal structure.
